We market to 80,000+ farmers across Australia,  New Zealand, Southern Africa and now USA and other International markets.

We’re looking for you to join us in marketing, sales & communications for our E-commerce business 4Tags.com. Creating content and campaigns in multiple markets. One position is available at our Tyger Valley office.

Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates. Experience in Agriculture is favourable but not essential as training will be provided.

The successful applicant will produce communications material to a diverse customer base located throughout all of our operating regions as well as reporting to key managers within the organisation.

Job Description

As the Marketing, Sales & Communications Manager, you will be collaborating with the sales and purchasing teams to collate and communicate weekly offerings and information updates to farmers in Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and the USA.
Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our marketing, sales and customer services operations.

A good remuneration package and bonus scheme is available. Flexible working arrangements are available for suitable candidates.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focus on providing outstanding communication to a large audience using text, email, press, direct mail and social media tools.
  • Regularly create promotional material for online content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and other systems.
  • Outbound call customers to survey performance of products, communications and our company.
  • Co-ordinate with Business Development team to maintain and update CRM system.
  • Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.

You as the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Marketing/Sales/Farming background, ideally with previous experience.
  • Self-motivated, graphic design focused with an attention to detail.
  • Competence in the use of computer systems including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.
  • Organised and with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products and Ag technology.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
  • Ability to work within a busy team environment or work autonomously when required.

We’re recruiting a customer service, sales admin person for our National Ecommerce business 4Tags.co.za. The position is available at our Tyger Valley office.
