If you’re about to place an order and need tags urgently as we can advise on how best to help. Please LiveChat online as we do have options available for Emergency Tags & Express Orders (courier) with some manufacturers.
Rest assured, as your order is received, it’s either shipped from our inventory or requested from manufacturers to ship direct, simultaneously.
All deliveries may be subject to potential delay in regions impacted by flooding and other events.
Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch, or can be viewed here: (My Account/Tracking)
Once you have received your shipping notification, please allow:
- Metro delivery within 3-5 business days
- Regional delivery within 7-10 business days
- Remote delivery within 14-20 business days
Estimated despatch dates below may vary and freight transit times depend upon carrier and region. These issues are sadly out of our control.

We continue to send text messages and emails to remind all customers to order in plenty of time. Seasonal supply demands have always been an issue but the global pandemic and intermittent weather events continue to effect supply chains and it’s not over just yet.

We work with all the leading tag manufacturers in South Africa and understand that lead times may vary due to volume of orders, seasonality or unexpected issues. While we recommend that all orders are placed allowing plenty of time, we’ve created this handy resource to allow customers to plan for the delivery of tags.

If you’re planning to place an order and need assistance please call us to discuss shipping and delivery alternatives such as Express. Express post or Courier doesn’t always guarantee same day despatch only the method of shipping but it does “jump the queue”.
